Spring is a great time to get out on the small streams. We fished our Willowfly Anglers private lease on Cebolla Creek at Powderhorn on April 18 to scout it out for upcoming client trips. The water was low and clear, and it was still cold. But the fish were active and they consistently chased Wooly Buggers stripped off the banks and through the deeper pockets. Dave got this nice 17.5 inch rainbow and some other 14 and 15-inch browns and cutbows. It was a beautiful spring day.
